Something is definitely not right. Double check your speaker wiring for correct polarity, although audyssey should have caught this. If the polarity is wrong, you may have speakers that are out of phase.

Also, make sure you turn your sub way down when running audyssey. I have to turn my EP500 down to a 1/4 turn (10 o'clock) on the volume knob. With the sub at -10 and all your fronts at +10/12, audyssey is trying to level match the LCR speakers to the sub. Your settings tell me that the sub's volume was way too high...as audyssey is trying to bring your fronts/center levels way up and audyssey is trying to lower your sub level way down.
