The volume control on your sub is too high. It's about 22 dB too high, so the setup subtracts the max of 10 dB from it, and adds 10 or 12 to the front to cover the distance. Turn down the volume on the sub, and run it again. You should be able to get the channel trims to be around 0 for the sub and center, and +2 for the mains.
