Steve, there hasn't been any detailed discussion on the point, but Alan has commented
here that the tweeter in the v3s shows "smoother, wider dispersion" in the M22v3 and the other v3s. My view is that this is already excellent in my almost nine year old M22s, and although I'm mildly curious, I'm not inclined to order the v3s.
Your M22s and sub provide an excellent full-range performance, which doesn't appear to be in need of an "upgrade". If you do want to add the M22v3s, one suggestion could be to use one or both of the M22tis as a vertical center.
