Yes, I've noticed slow loading on occasion as well...When it happens, I close my browser, Internet Explorer, then re-open it. That usually eliminates the problem.

Closing and re-opening will sometimes prompt a faster load but, for me anyway, there's only about a 50/50 chance of it doing so.
