i have speaker wire face plates.

They say 14 gauge, but i have 12 gauge ran to them. prior to having these, i had the speaker wire though a hole, that was just the right size... Having the plates however make everything look much cleaner. I mainly did it for when the house is sold. Instead of having bare wires sticking out of the celling when we go to sell, we will have the plates.
