This sounds great to me. It's not likely to be something I'm going to do myself very quickly, as the set top boxes sounds fairly expensive to put together, but bravo! Sounds like you've managed to figure out something the industry's been incapable of figuring out itself for years.

I assume handbrake and the like come into it somewhere.
