Thanks to everyone!

Not really a typical N. O. thing, but since my birthday has always fallen on or near Memorial Day, we typically BBQ some ribs and boil some corn. Yesterday my daughter had some friends over for a swim and a BBQ of their own, So I was at the grill all day (ribs take 5-6 hours and end up with a nice smoke ring - pecan, this time - under several layers of sauce). I even had a few Southern Pecans of which Tom referenced.

Now, back to reality - the job awaits...
