If you mount the QSs 2-3' above ear level on the walls and a couple feet behind your ears(farther back than you show)they should work well. The 4311 will calibrate for level and delay differences caused by the different separations of the QSs.

As previously mentioned,those ceiling back speakers aren't likely to be of significant benefit with the QSs placed as suggested. Forget them there, and again, consider using them as front "heights" above the main speakers.
