At least ian is willing to give you a new one, what a great guy. Where else on the internet do you find the company CEO trolling the forums and helping its customers.

+1 on that. Over on AVS I was trading PM's with a member there on the Denon thread. He asked me what type of speaker set-up I had. When I told him Axioms, he immediately asked if I was Canadian. I told him no, I was a Tarheel. I also told him that I had just watched Argo rekindling fond memories of "We Love Canada" parties we had back in the day when Argo really went down. I also spoke of what a great forum this is and that you often have the chance to "speak" directly with Ian. This type of customer service can not be beaten........Rob
