First stop is remove ground chassis screw on sub if with axiom.

Second is ensure sub connection is good at both ends and cable is shielded. Not just a plain jane rca cable.
That's fine.
Failing these steps, next step is to ensure all equipment is fed from the same leg in the panel. Ie. Try another plug for sub/receiver.
All my components are plugged into a APC HT surge protector (including the receiver). I will try another plug for the sub, but moving it isn't an option.
The really confusing thing to me is why the heck this is happening with a Pio, when it didn't with two previous Denon's in the same setup. It's frustrating.
