I didn't find much when I was looking around. I avoided the problem by picking up some bookshelf speakers and making stands for them, but I just picked up a pair of M60v4's and might end up lifting them as well.

Couple of things to consider :

1. Tilting the speakers up a bit (eg 1x2 under front feet) accomplishes most of what you get from raising them without affecting LF response

2. Once I pulled my M60's far enough from the wall I no longer had to lift/tilt them to get the sound I wanted.

Of course neither of these may apply to you, so if I find anything good in the stand department I'll post back.

My next option was going to be checking Ikea for footstools frown
