In my rectangular room about 15 by 18 feet,
So far great success, My system 7.2 A 50 inch Samsung on stand also about 50 inch wide. With a VP160 on top shelf.
I put the unit in the middle of the long wall with 2 subs on either side {SVS PB1000 and a cheapo Vector Research 12 inch 150 Watt}. Had my M22 on top of them for the last year was fantastic, no way the bass came for any where but the speakers.
Now have moved up to M80s.
So I've kept everything in the same place and put the M80s on the outsides of the subs, as to give the M80s some space between them. My results are about the same, minus the difference of the new soundstage the M80s present, the subs blend great. Tried front corners and beside couch but made them stand out to much.
