Hmm, If I installed my home premium in a VM and then up graded it... As long as it lets me upgrade an unlicensed install, that should work.


I ran the 64-bit tool and did the automatic upgrade option (no usb or dvd needed). It gave me the full 64-bit windows 10 home edition.
