Download this app and purchase the Transfer function plugin. Round trip is around 100$ I think. I can walk you through it after.

You will need a long 1/8” jack audio cable to use to send test tones from the app to your equipment. Like this.

There may be other software suites to do this, but I have used this many times in different setups and it is fast and reliable. And just works.
