K, you are in luck. ecost is an authorized Denon etailer and they provide refurb / B-stock equipment. Search "ecost" here on the board and you will find many happy folks getting great deals from ecost.

here . They have the 3803 available at $529. At that price, you are committing Grand Theft Receiver. I have one and it is an absolute beast (I moved up from an 1803 which I also loved). They also have the 2803 for $459, another excellent choice. However, for the extra $70, the 3803 is an absolute no-brainer.
Don't dawdle - these won't last long.
BTW - I'm just a happy customer. I got a DVM-4800 5 disc CD/DVD player (MSRP $1199) last November for $319 and I'm thrilled with it.
