Gonna bbq tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone had a good grill recipe for pork chops. After the discussion of smoked food and such I got some apple wood chips and made some smoked steak tips that came out pretty darned tasty. I can wing it easily enough, I was just curious if anyone had a "gem" of a recipe for me to try.
