Hmmm... Very strange. You said this just started to happen after you upgraded your speakers? Did any of the wiring get disturbed during the upgrade? And it's only analog sources?
Have you tried re-routing the power cables away from the interconnects? WallWarts are notorious for causing problems like this too.
Try disconnecting power and cables to other sources to see if it goes away (I know it's a pain). If it does go away at least you can zero out the problem when you begin reconnecting components one at a time to see what's causing the problem. If you use wire ties, don't over tighten them. Seperate power cables from audio. You probably know all of this.
So many variables here...
