"Boomy on the bass side"? Now THERE's a first. So far the Axioms are too bright AND boomy on the bass side. I give up. Now if we can just get someone to complain they're too strong in the mid range, we can use these criticisms to prove they are perfectly balanced across the frequency spectrum. Too much high end, too much mid range, and boomy bass = perfect accuracy .
