I waited a long time to buy new gear. At almost half-a-century I figure I better take the plunge now. So, a little loan out of the 401k and wallah! I'm still about $3200 short of completing a 7.1 system. (need a projector, sub, and maybe M22s for the rears?)
The cool thing about borrowing the 401k money is paying myself back with interest is probably more than what it's yielding in the funds. WIN, WIN!!
At least I keep telling myself that.
Yeah, that 5900 is quite the animal. (btw...I found out yesterday that they discontinued it) I'm like Bob with both those pieces taking baby steps, but if all else fails I'll read the manuals! (lol)
