Speaking only of it's appearance, I don't find it particularly attractive, but neither do I find it particularly ugly. I feel it's a definite improvement on the 950. I don't feel any "WOW" factor, but I could easily live with it.

Though I've not "heard" it in operation, it seems to offer a lot of features at a reasonable price.
