Hi All,
I'm new to the site and was wondering if anyone could help me with my small Dilemma.
I'm looking at picking up the new DVR from Starchoice and upgrade to the 21st century with the HD package. I've noticed though that the PVR only has DVI and Component outputs. My HDready TV on the otherhand has DB15 input (much like what a person has on a computer for a monitor). It is possible to use a DVI to DB15 converter and still receive hi-def tv? I was wondering because there are converters available today that computers use and was wondering if this is the same sort of thing.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
thanks
Jim

There is a component to DB15 cable that should take care of you. I have one. Can't remember the brand but a google search should get you one.

Try pacificcables.com. Pretty cheap.

Go to Ram Electronics for some good connector/adaptor options at cheap prices.
This link at Ram Electronics might be precisely what you're looking for - a 15 pin to DVI connector....
