Worse than jet lag for the first few days. I woke up too early this morning and due to early darkness fell asleep too early this evening. I just woke up, it's 11 PM and I'm wide awake.
For an 'early to bed, early to rise' guy it has me all confused.

The time change gets me a little off kilter at first too.I'll be falling asleep real early tonight. The only good thing is that it will be light out when leaving for work now.

Yeah for about a week and half and then darkness going in and coming home.
I hate it! And did you ever notice how traffic gets so much worse especially in the evening right after changing the clocks? Maybe it's me.

well NeverHappy and I don't have to worry about that. Saskatchewan does not change their clocks, it would certainly burn the crops if we did.
