main page for m3ti list the titanium to be a hybrid but on the spec sheets its titanium. So wich one is it and is the tweeter identical to the one used in the m60ti or m80ti?

Hi,

Just about to board my plane to the Frankfurt show and couldn't help but notice the post as I browsed the net. I'm answering because I had the same quesion for Axiom some time ago. The term "hybrid" doesn't actually refer to the material construction, instead, what they are talking about is the voice coil size. Normally, a 1" tweeter has a 1" voice coil. Their "hybrid" has a .5" voice coil. This was actually addressed in the Home Theater & Sound Epic System review by Vince Hanada.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for pointing out my mistake! The tweeter is actually a 1" titanium tweeter, not a hybrid. And it is the same tweeter that we use in the M60 and the M80.
