I noticed it last night but couldnt test it out much because it was to late at night to blast the sub. Anyway, the sub itself it fine. The problem is comming out of the port. From far away it sounds like a rattle but when I put my ear up to it, its actually air shaking something in the port or the port itself. I have taken it apart to see if any wires were touching or anything and everything looked fine. I have to call axiom at 1pm and talk to joul about it but I just thought you guys might have some suggestions.

Just an update. Axiom is sending me a replacement. They had never heard of this type of port problem before.
