I won't be allowing people in to my home to hear my system unfortunately. It has nothing to do with me however, my girlfriend upon hearing the idea was very firm "You are not inviting random strangers in to our house! What if they are just casing the place to come back and steal your speakers!"
While I find her paranoia in this funny since she is not this type of person at all I have to respect her decision .

That is always a concern when inviting "strangers" into your home. I too was a little apprehensive at first but I was just dying to meet other folks who shared my interest in the audio/HT hobby (none of my local friends do...some even think I'm crazy ($$$) but all agree that it sounds great). I've had 5 people over that I met through the Axiom site and I'm happy to report that all were wonderful people and each and every visit was a delightful experience. I have also visited some of them as well. I guess I've been lucky.

Mike, I'm just biding my time. Next time I'm in Dallas, I'm going to make an unannounced 2am visit and make off with your TV....
Damn, I think I just blew my plan.

Peter
You're welcome to my tv next time you're in town.
It sucks.
Seriously though. When and if you make it to Dallas again, let me know.
I'd like to meet you and throw back a few beers.

Party at Mike's! Maybe we can turn it into a central US Axiom meetup? We'd need to raise bigjohn from the dead, as well.

You know you are welcome anytime but you can't pinch the TV. BTW,
I just got a HD receiver and the picture is jaw dropping.
