I have a 8ohm/6ohm receiver, but if I would like to get an amp for the pre outs so I could use M80ti (4ohm) speakers what is the best amp to attach to my RX-V2500 receiver?
Best bang for the 4ohm M80ti buck?

First, I believe a couple of people have used M80s on a 2500 without problems as long as they don't really crank the volume. Not 100% sure but I think so...
The most common choice for amps seems to be the Outlaw Monoblocks, single channel ~200w amps at a decent price. The other good option, of course, is "whatever you happen to find used at a good price". You're going to be wanting a fairly hefty amp, and I don't think there are a lot of bad choices in the high end amp range. Hopefully if there ARE bad choices someone will jump in and correct me
M60ti, VP180, QS8, M2ti, EP500, PC-Plus 20-39 M5HP, M40ti, Sierra-1 LFR1100 active, ADA1500-4 and -8

Yes Ken, it's highly likely that the 2500 will be just fine for M80s, and at the 8 ohm, not 6 ohm, setting. A problem shouldn't be assumed.
