Yep, that is my goal Dan. I've looked at the Buffalo Terastations, Infrant NAS solutions, and really am interested in Lime Technologies unRaid solution. I've got to pay off my current HTPC project and Axiom EP500 bill before I can buy anything further.

Randy, I think the region issues are software related. I downloaded the trial verion of Any DVD and was very impressed.

That is what I was thinking. I wonder if it would have something to do with the type of media? Oh well, I'll keep messing with this stuff.

DVD Decrypter and PowerDVD seem to do the trick for me.

I'm also having the same issue and can't get the DTS to play through PowerDVD, yes i'm using the SPDIF through X-Fi soundcard, tried the onboard 8.1 SPDIF to no available either, creative decoder set to external/SPDIF, digital I/O is enable as well. I have a Marantz SR4600
