Question from a curious one: Do the wooden shudders stay closed/open with the EP600 running full bore?

Does that wine cooler have wine or beer in it?? I’m guessing……..BEER
Look'n good there Rick. Nice straight lines where you cut the colors in too. You must not have been drinking much when you did the brush work?

Inthedeck ... As you requested, but keep in mind there is still work and trim to be done on the fridge cabinet as well as the one below it. Hopefully one day we'll get it finished!Quote:
Wow...thanks. The QS's look so 'symmetrical' as per the distance from the ceiling, to speaker. Did you measure really accurately when placing them there?
Looks awesome...with or without the finishing touches. Thanks for the pics.

I'm asking anyone for input. For a surround set up, is that (the system pictured) the best position for the surround speakers? Or is the ideal place at or just above ear level of the listening position (about the height of the M80's)? I am just thinking of the sound plane horizontily, if something is flying around you.
Thanks

^^ I think that the QS8's are designed so that they may be mounted anywhere from ear level to 6 ft from the ground up, on a wall. They have bottom firing drivers, as well...so that would not create an unrealistic soundfield, the way those, in the pics, are mounted. Just my $0.02. Oh...and ready this article, by Alan...to understand it a bit more.. HT Layout
