So I hooked up my M80/500/VP150/QS8 to my Marantz SR8001 receiver (got tired of waiting for Pio84TX!). I have a 5.1 setup. I was watching Cars DVD and it had the THX Optimizer option. As it was generating the test tones, I was curious what would happen when it hit the SBR and SBL speakers (since I don't have them). When the SR and SL speakers "faked" out the sound, my head literally snapped back as I involuntarily checked to see if some magic HT godmother gave me a pair of surround back speakers! It was unreal! Oh, and the EP500 shook my house just fine! javascript:void(0)

Nice system you have Hansang ... the Axiom QS speakers are phenomenal whenever it comes to surround effects and very forgiving as far as placement.

Thank you!

I found out *JUST* how forgiving they are!
