Any recommendations for a good Nav not too expensive around $300 range. Thanks Drew

Have a look at the Nuvi 350 from Garmin. I have seen it close to your budget price. This unit can be used in your car or slipped in your pocket and carried. I have owned this unit for the last six months and have been extremely happy with it.

I have one of the Garmin StreePilot C series and they're pretty good and around your budget. Though they're a little bit bigger than the Nuvi they can still be used outside of the car.
