I've got some satellite systems that I want to configure at home but they both need some type of small (footprint) amp. I'm trying to keep it <$100, vintage/used is OK.

I have a Sophia Baby tube amp w/ only one input. My plan is to connect my Rega P3 and iPod to it. I found some Carver, NADs and David Hefler's pre amps that would do the. I specifically want a decent phono stage. Does anyone have experience or input on David Hefler's amps? Quick googling shows me that he does have some credible audio history. trick. This is going to somewhat of a retro room so I did try to dip my feet into vintage McIntosh (I know it's big) but the price made me take my foot back...

My other system is for a kid's TV w/ an Apple TV and Mac Mini. I was looking at T-amps but the cheapo's are gone and I do need 2 inputs. The upgraded T amp is nice but only one input.
