ok, here are something i want to share here. first thing first is.. it's sound really great. all notes from far left on the piano to right are very even and natural! much much better than my previous Bose161. But thing is, bose brought me the middle image now it's gone.

Initially, is it too close to the wall? should i remove the spk-stand? the mid-drive is about my eye level now. how should i improve it please? i need some suggestion from you guys!

Mark,
I cannot see the picture as you did not paste it in right. I also tried to paste the link in my browser's address bar.
The tweeter should be at ear height. Also check to make sure that you have connected the speakers in phase (+ from your receiver to + on your speaker and similar for the -).
Space them as far apart as they are from you and toe them in.
