Hi, please help me with this one. I have three AV receivers in my home. Two of them are used for home theaters and one is used for my computer.
From my PC, I connect to my media server and play back my songs, they play very loud and the volume is set at -50db on the receiver. I try to play back the same song from my xbox 360 in the living room but I have to crank the volume to -10db / -25db to basically have the same thing. For movies I have to crank it to -10db or more.
I tried to use my speakers from my living room and put them on my pc and it was worst.. songs played at a -52db were very very loud.. so it must be related to my AVR?

Well I did the YPAO calibration and it's ok now. I inspected the settings and the receiver gave a little boost to the front speakers. It now rocks!
