For those who might be interested, there is a pair of Michaura M55s on eBay and Audiogon. They're $150, with $30 shipping. I can't shake free the money, but thought you guys might want to know.

Ridiculously good speaker. A perfect match for a 5 wpc tube amp! I use 4 in my relatively high power office HT system (3) Onkyo M282 2 channel amps, twin subs and Axiom made Merak MC6H center speaker. I also use a pair of M55s in my 2 channel 5 wpc stereo system. Love 'em in both applications ... and they're drop dead gorgeous IMO.

Hey, 2x6, I cannot possibly catch up with all those audio gears you own in your various locations! How about listing them up all here, neatly sorted by room/location?

I've had M3Tis, M22Tis, and M50Tis - loved 'em. I've given away pairs of M3s as gifts because I love them so much. But I'm cheap. I got the most incredible deals on uBid back when it was hot (no more). Paid $19 each for Michaura M55s, $100 each for Michaura M665s, $289 for a Sony STRDB1070 (new), under $400 each for the $2000 MSRP Toshiba SD9200 and the $1200 MSRP Klipsch LF10 sub ...
I love the Michaura speakers, close blood relations to Axioms, but in some ways, to my ears, better than their corresponding progenitors.
My garage system is my cheapskate triumph - $100 for a gorgeous mint Pioneer SX850 receiver silver faced with gyro tuning knob, buttons, toggles and meters, about $50 for the incredible Dahlquist DQM 905s which are incredible speakers!

Ooops.
Just noticed that I listed the Living Room Stereo System's cabling under the Garage System. Garage system uses Radio Shack speaker wire with Radio Shack Gold Series Banana Plugs on either end and Radio Shack Gold Series Interconnects.

"Oh my?"
Well, I suppose if all components other than speakers sound the same, there's no reason to engage in any discussion about any of that equipment.
How about your system(s)?

I was gonna say that cabling sounded like it may have been a bit of an overkill on your garage system =)

2x6, were you in a bad mood or something???
I was simply impressed by the multitude of your systems, each one of which seemed to be seriously constructed. That's all.
I have only one sound system located in our living-room HT (well, excluding the Sony "executive" microsystem in my office, and the Sony "stereo" alarm clock in the bedroom... LOL). Please see my forum profile for details.

Seemed to take almost as long to list all the equipment as it did to put the systems together. Just wanted to talk about the objects of my obsession.
BTW, although each system is remarkable in its own right, the 5 wpc tube 2 speaker + sub system is by far the most listenable. Sweet, sweet, music, enormous soundstage, high and wide, pure tube goodness.
