I once had a very old lady rear end me while I weighted for a big noisy freight train to roll by in an industrial park in NS.
OK, it can happen.... but when I got out to survey the damage, she asked me why I was stopped in the middle of the road! I was speechless. All I could do was point at the huge noisy train rattling by, directly in front of my Jeep.
I made sure the cop heard about her quote as well. No way she should still have a license if she can't see or hear a freight train.
