Are you suggesting that all of us just get Lost?

Just finished re-watching all of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I wish I could write something with even one classic moment. I don't know how they've kept it fresh for 9 seasons.
I started re-watching The League even though I have Korean drama recommendations from my sister and anime series that I bought and still need to watch. Speaking of which, does anyone keep in contact with grunt? Sean? Cam? Just curious how he is. I miss his contributions. |

Cam is still around, posting sporadically but from time to time.
You should be proud of me Charles. I actually watched a full anime series over the winter. "Attack on Titan". Anime is not really my thing. I've tried to give it a chance. Especially the fci-fi ones because I'm a sucker for even bad Sci-fi. However with Anime, even if the story is good, I usually get so sick of the over dramatization and the fact that the anime actors seem to only have three ways of speaking thier lines. In order of commonality.... a.)screaming, b.)sighs & gasps and c.)Spock like monotone. I started watching this one on a dare from a Buddy at work and while the story was kinda interesting, the only reason I kept watching it was because the Titans were so damn weird that I was horribly meszmerized. And by "weird" I mean "REALLY, REALLY WEIRD" in a "I can't believe I'm even watching this," kinda way. Anyways, I did it. I stuck to the end. I'm not sure if I'm proud of that yet though.... snicker

Speaking of Sci-Fi. I've been having trouble sleeping with all the hot humid weather (not complaining after that sucky winter) so I've tried a few new ones. Only one is great so far.
Helix. Watched a few episode. It's basically exactly what it promises. Scientists fighting a virus in an Antarctic lab that turns people into goo oozing psychopaths. It's exactly that, but no more. I'm not going to continue with it. Falling Skies Humanity is lost except a few rebel movements fighting the conquering invaders. It has a 'Terminator meets Walking Dead' feel to it so I really want to like it but I'm still undecided. I'll try a few more and hope the characters develop somewhere. Extant I've only watched three episodes but I'm thinking this one has potential. I think it will be a slow burn but the story is pretty interesting, the robot son is spooky enough to make you interested in him and well.... Halle Berry. The only negative so far is that her husband's hair is so terrible that it makes you angry that you're forced to constantly look at him. It's actually very refreshing to watch a sci-fi that feels it doesn't have to resort to shock value to keep you interested. Thumbs up so far.
