Rusty do you have any issues with the RB-1090 other than the clipping that made you want to replace it? At least three us are running the RB-1080 with the M80s and so far as I know the other fellas have never had any issues regarding a lack of power, I certainly haven't ... I'm sure we've had our moments where the music got on the (very) loud side a time or two.

no just tyhe clipping., sound gets harsh as gravel and just protects. maybe its the remastered compression of some cds, i dont know>>??? dont get me wromg, I LOVED the rotel, was great, but with the remodel and havbing in storage, gave me time to look around, and i think i found some beauties, the xpa-1 mono blocks are just awesome looking,..and EVERY review ive read has been just pure gold! but i need to sell it to make room and have the cash for the xpa-1 mono. also there is no inpout limiter, and i hate to kep running to my curcuit breaker when 3 out of 4 times the damn hulk pops my breaker

I'm confused, if you're replacing an amp with another amp of equal wattage output, do you not think that you will still have problems with your breaker??
The only reasonable argument for owning a gun is to protect yourself from the police.

I'm confused, if you're replacing an amp with another amp of equal wattage output, do you not think that you will still have problems with your breaker?? no the emotiva amps have inrush current limiters that aloow the current to chartge the capacitors at a slower rate thus thwarting the breaker popping.......
