I am getting something similiar. It got a little better after I logged in. The send button is 2 squares, LOL!

I'm cool too, Firefox 3.0.6 on Ubuntu, and 3.0.7 on Windows 7. No Chinese here, but I did have it for lunch...

Interesting. At home with ie7 I get empty boxes (no language set installed??) Here at work, I am on ie 6.0.29 and everything displays just fine.
