Hmmm. Do you already have the in-wall speakers wired to a switch box? At the risk of giving you unneeded info, I'll perhaps wrongly assume you don't yet.
If you ever want to drive all 10 in-wall speakers at once, you'll need to purchase a separate speaker switch box (in addition to a receiver) that can handle at least 5 zones AND has an integrated amp protection circuit (to use their lingo). The protection circuit will make sure your amp will never see a load greater than one pair of speakers, even if they are all playing.
What you'd do is connect the speaker switch box to your B-channel or Zone 2 speaker jacks on the receiver, and then attach all your in-wall speaker wires to the switch box -- each pair in its own zone.
Here's an example of a product that would suit your needs:

I am confused, do you already have the Axioms and you just want some new ones, or are you asking if that setup sounds like a good choice?
Or are you looking for a new reciever?

thats what i have right now. i got a great deal on the speakers and so i just got them all, figured i could use them in seperate rooms or in a 5.1. i just ordered the denon avr3802 which has a zone 2 function. but there are just so many speakers. there is a outlet on the living room wall for a pair of speakers think theyre the jamo's, but there are also cat5 inputs all over the house and cat5 cables that all come to the garage, which correspond to the 12 speakers in the ceiling. im new at this and so its giving me a headache. any help is much appreciated. it took me days to get my internet connection straight! cat5 for stereo/HT?

You probably want to look into A-BUS then. Unfortuantely, this board does not seem to have many people who know much about it. If you happen to find good info on it, let us know!
