Hi:
I am looking to add a Audio Mixer to my setup and use it for Karaoke .
Anybody using the equipment? any suggestions?

An No, I don't watch Oprah but my wife called me in because she was doing a rags to riches bit on the new singer for Journey. No doubt a promo for the movie they are making about his life. Should be a real 'feel good' movie if they do it right.
Sorry, no advice on mixers to go with my teasing.

If you're looking to bring multiple mics together, and be able to set their levels individually; I've had good luck with an Alesis mixer. I have the older 10R which is somewhere between the 9R, without the iPod dock, and the 12R with only 1 stereo channel. Both of those, 9R and 12R, can provide phantom power for pro mics. And have insert jacks for effect loops (nice if you want different levels of effect for each mic, but expensive because you need a separate effect box for each also).
