Relaxing at the family cabin in the woods! We just had a new screened in porch built and it's very nice to sit outside without worrying about bugs. As I sit here, I can't help but think how nice some Algonquins would be in each corner of the porch!

Yeah, it's pretty remote and has a nice creek running right in front. it sits on about 60 acres but there is much more land surrounding it that other people own.

... and then leave the lights on all night "just in case". No thanks EDIT - I guess there's no law against having a chainsaw on the night table...

I've gathered that Ken and CatBrat are afficionados of internet comics.

I didn't take the time to click on the link until you mentioned me. Good comic. I'm not normally a big fan of internet comics. I did watch some of the episodes from Hoarders on the internet yesterday because my sister has been in the hospital for the past 2 weeks with 2 more weeks to go in a nursing home and she is a hoarder. I've been cleaning her apartment because you could barely just turn around in it.

I had heard about that show but haven't seen any episodes. I was wondering how it was - if it was a serious, compassionate look at a tough illness or if it was sensationalism at the expense of the mentally ill. How was it?
