Sorry, I have nothing to be embarrassed about. Well, for one, your assertion that tomtuttle is a fanboy is ridiculous. It's without merit. Baseless. Seems to me it usually takes more than one person to argue. Well I argue with myself all the time but then I’m weird.

Now back to the regularly scheduled program... Thanks htnut. All it is, was a response to a question Wid specifically asked for. I also recommended an Axiom product - the QS4 in that exact same response if he were to choose another manufacturer. I stand by the fact that it is/was great advice.

Guys, if you go back a few pages, Rick mentioned he was looking at other manufacturers too, including Ascend. Just as other subs are mentioned here, I don't think it's wrong to bring up other brands esp when the original poster asks for other alternatives. Imo, there's been some misunderstanding here.
Of course, if someone starts recommending Bose, we may need to sedate them.

I think this forum has ALWAYS been great about recommending other brands. It's one of the things that sets members apart as non-fanboys and sets Axiom apart for their willingness to let these forums remain so un-moderated.

I have been a member here for almost 2 years now and have said nothing but great things about Axiom products, the company and the people. Now these individuals contention is since I don't agree with how Version 3 has been handled I have some sort of agenda against Axiom and that I am spreading negativity. It is absurd and find it do be VERY disappointing.
