Maybe this was already discussed, but it seems that the only standard finishes available are Boston cherry and black. I was just wondering because I got the light oak standard finish (don't remember what Axiom called it) and it doesn't look like it is available anymore. It would be a shame if I had to pay more money for wood or premium vinyl finish to match my standard finish when upgrading.

The other vinyl choices are $50 extra, or $90 if you want glossy. It is a shame, but this change was rolled into the new customization system.

I've applied tinted waxes to wood-grained vinyl for clients. It gives more variation and looks way more real. You can buff any good wax to a high gloss sheen, or keep it lower, depending on your buffing procedure.
Always call the place you live a house. When you're old, everyone else will call it a home.

That is a shame since I liked the Boston cherry more than the light oak finish. Also, when I purchased my Axiom's they were offering a free upgrade to high gloss cherry finish, which looks gorgeous. But my wife said that the oak would go better with the rest of the furniture in the room. Oh well.

Last time I looked I thought the other two "standard" finishes (maple, mansfield beech) were no extra cost but were not kept in stock. Maybe that changed, and the ol' dial-up internet is too slow tonight for me to go back and check

Sorry Brigeman
Looks like maple and beach are an extra $75 (for M80's at least).

Oh no! They must've just changed that within the last week or so Boo. I've been interested in the Eggshell White tho anyways, but I'll have to see what my fiance thinks on the colour issue

Wow, you're right. I was going to agree with bridgman. The beech and light maple are now an extra $25 (each) for the M22s, along with the other custom vinyls.

At least the custom vinyls aren't $90/per like they used to be?
