Question - can't one or two people on the council go through the entire process to test it out? The order could easily be canceled. I'm not on the council, but I was helping them test the site. The BuyNow issue has been brought to Axiom's attention and they will be following it up. Thanks snazzed

Hi all,
I've made several attempts in registering on the auction site, using three different e-mail addresses and I'm 99% certain I'm entering the right email addresses and passwords. I've also not received any email confirmations from registering onto the auction page.
So, either I'm missing something or maybe the registration program is having issues.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I'm not sure, I use the same email address/password as I am registered on the forums. I see you only registered here on 10/28. Maybe it takes a day or so, for things to be migrated to the Auction website. You could always call Axiom's 800 number and ask them.

Hmm...
What I did was rather in reverse: registered with the auction sight around the beginning of the week and then came here after a few days when things didn't seem to be working out. I've tried the email and password for here and no luck so far... I'll wait until Monday and then take your advice and contact Axiom directly.
Thanks for the advice, Randy!
Rock-- okay, it's actually Rob.

Hi Everyone,
As most of you know the auctions are a new thing to Axiom and we are working to make them work in a way that keeps everyone happy. We value all of your comments and use them to make the overall user experience a positive one.
The largest issues seem to be with the Buy It Now. -Rest assured that if an item is listed in the auction, it is ready and available to ship. There is no extra waiting involved. If you use the Buy It Now option you're product will ship after payment is cleared. -The Buy It Now button disappears after the first bid is placed. This follows standard auction procedures to provide incentive for customers to act quickly. If the Buy It Now option stayed on after bids are placed there certainly will be complaints from bidders who have been waiting for some time just to have someone click the Buy It Now just before the auction closes. Hopefully my next comment will satisfy people on both sides. -Some do not want to wait 4 weeks just to be outbid. This is understandable so on a trial basis, we will start future auctions for factory outlet items with only a 1 week duration.
Pet Rock -There is a confirmation email you must respond to when you register on the auction site. Please check your junk mail folders or any spam filters you may have to see if this email has been placed there. If you cannot find this email let me know and I will try to resolve the problem.
Thank you everyone for your continued support,
Steve

Steve, nice to "meet" you.
Thanks for the clarification with the Buy It Now button. Also, I really like the idea of shortening the auction time frame.
Axiom is awesome!

Curious if anyone has sold any used items for Axiom bucks? Was the process smooth?

Steve, thanks for the help. I've just checked my email spam filters this morning and nothing is there regarding the auction site on any of the email addresses I used.
