It's dark, so the pix are not that good, but this is my theater (16'x18.5'x8.5').

Let me correct my above statement - it appears you'll also need to spring for some high density insulation material to stuff behind the panels. While it doesn't make construction that much more difficult, it would add to the cost.

You can search around for canvas stretcher bars and compare prices. But, basically, you'll get a set of pre-mitered frame pieces that can be stapled/glued/nailed together. Depending on your design, you can use the frame cavity to hold the insulating material and then stretch your fabric over it.
