I sit in a dinghy whenever I watch Master and Commander.
Joyce walks by once in awhile and throws a glass of water in my face.
It's all 4D and stuff. Lol! I guess that's better than dumping a couple of yards of sand on the floor with barbed wire and watching Saving Private Ryan!

I'd hate to think what watching The Titanic movie would do to the house.

Better borrow Mark's dinghy for that one, just in case.

dumping a couple of yards of sand on the floor with barbed wire and watching Saving Private Ryan! Actually, the sand and barbed wire is easy. It's the unattached limbs that are hard to find. I've asked Bob to poke around the OR today, though....

You folks are hilarious. But seriously, I'd check your HOA regs, Quack, as I am not sure if they allow for water craft in the dwelling unit. Perhaps a $20 handshake will allow for the 4d experience to continue.
Good advice on the sound - I'll put the v100 on the Christmas list. Regarding surround, I hear what you are saying and if the qs8s are the way to go then I'll just have to run 3.1 until I feel like I can justify the expense.
Can't wait to get the sub in place, but my downstairs neighbor may not be so enthusiastic. 400w downfiring may have been a bit much for a 1 bedroom apt...
This is an expensive freaking hobby.

Ok. I am an impulsive s.o.b. V-100 purchased. Santa is going to have to step up for some qs8s.

Mark just stubbed his toe on the square room.

Congrats D.H. I hope Santa is very good to you, the Qs8's are worth being good for.

Nice clicking! I think the VP100 will be excellent in that setting. +1 on the QS8's - they're like magic.
As to the newly discovered 4D wonders of Mark's room, maybe it would make "Showgirls" watchable.
