Front wall, new install of 2 M2OW high Atmos speakers. I was unable to mount them sideways because of the extremely clever combo connection bracket VP160 center. Side surrounds currently up top. I will install 2 more M2OWs below them at ear level. The high mount speakers will be high side ATMOS speakers, lower will be the side surrounds. Back surrounds 2 M2OWs. Currently 1 EP600 (dinged) and a big HSU, will be replaced by a pair of EP600 in high gloss walnut bordeaux finish. Should sound pretty good.

It looks real good, Philip. I'm looking forward to your opinion.
I am wondering if the front and side highs would result in an audible difference if their tweeters were pointed to the floor or side-mounted so they pointed towards the center. I know the OW bracket doesn't support those mounting configurations.

Philip, how did you get the cables behind the walls?

Hello Tex
I'm going to set the speaker levels today. I agree, I would have aimed the ATMOS speakers toward the main seating position if I was able. Thought about making some wedges, but ran put of patience.
For the front M2OWs I cut out a small section of the wall behind the speaker position and another above the base board. I taped the speaker wire to a carpet snake and ran it through.
For the back and side surrounds, I removed the ceiling light cans and did the same from above. I had help.
Turned out pretty well.
I binged a few episodes of Bosch last night, sounded pretty good. I'll watch something with effects this evening after I adjust speaker levels and will report back.

So are those the high gloss rosewood LFR1100A’s you were waiting for? Possible close up picture?

Good morning Mr. Korkster (PST)
No, those are the satin Rosewoods. There was some problem with getting a high gloss finish on rosewood, so I ended up with walnut, Bordeaux, high gloss finish for the LFR1100As and EP600s. These perfect rosewoods will go back as soon as the new ones arrive. Some lucky person is going to get a pair of beauties.
They are in production and I am sure hoping they finish QC with flying colors and are on their way real soon.

I'm still dreaming about the aged walnut EP500s that I will get...someday...
