Reversed the end of the room I’m building the HT in. Walls are already even at 20’. HT area becomes 20x20 even though the room will expand all the way back. Working on where I can set up subs with this layout. I may end up with 4 in the end. Still sounds great. Listening to Pink Floyd dogs atm.

Already helped a ton. Bowing out of this one now. Good luck! I get it though. Gotta share decisions with spouse. Just too bad about that door in your new front wall.

Yeah it’s a pain having to plan around another person. I left everything wired on the other end so I have option to switch it back down the road. I appreciate all of your help, Trevor. Solid door in front wall but we actually can relocate it into the storage area and make the front wall without any doors. The other advantage on this end is less stuff running through the trusses. In ceiling speakers will sit perfectly without obstruction.
Wife is worried about the other areas of the room while my main focus is home theater. It sucks but I have to make the most of it.
