finally got around to updating the software successfully having to reflash the supplied mini sd card (which had nothing on it from the factory). While temporarily plugged into the modem via ethernet cable all worked OK - verified the latest software, app worked ok. unplugged the unit from its temporary spot where tied into the modem after having turned it off. Moved it to new location and turned it back on. Upon hearing the xylophone I opened the app and after scanning for air devices = nothing shows up. New white wifi dongle is flashing, latest supplied black usb attachment also flashing. Built in lights on the unit - solid yellow, no red, blue is flashing.
turned it off and on 5X now, nothing has changed.
anyone know what I am doing wrong?????
