Hi,
I'm planning to get a pair of QS4 and use the current M3 for music in bedroom size of 14x14. How does M3 sounds when paired with STF-1? or M3 alone? I'm mostly interested in Jazz, Pop, Classical music. Thanks.

The M3ti's are quite often used as "bedroom" speakers without a sub. I'm sure they'd sound fine with an added sub, but if I were you, I'd set it up without a sub first and see how you like it.

Hi Audiofan
I've used M3s with a Velodyne CHT10, CHT8 and Vance Dickason Titanic 10" sub. The M3s integrate beautifully with a decent sub. If your room is right, they'll sound like they transformed into wee full range speakers.
I think you're going to love the M3s!

I'm also pondering the same set up. I really don't want to spend the extra money on M22's and I love the clarity of my dad's Image 2b's, but I wonder if the M22's would be TOO clear and I may not like it.
